In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Regulation No. 229 of May 8, 2014 on the use of cookies, visitors to the website are informed about the use of the data entered and the cookies used by the website. The information is also provided in accordance with Recommendation No. 2/2001 of the working group set up under Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC. This information relates exclusively to the websites and portals of Plunger Juwelier d. Sandra Plunger and not to other websites that may be accessed via links.

NAVIGATION DATA 
The information systems and software procedures necessary for the operation of this website acquire, during normal use, some personal data that are automatically transmitted when using Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users accessing the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system or user environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of compiling anonymous statistics on the use of the website and to check its correct operation; it is deleted immediately after processing. Subject to the use of the data to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the website, the data on web contacts is currently not kept for more than seven days.

b. the consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for the processing
c. you object to the processing and there are no legitimate grounds for the processing
d. the personal data have been processed unlawfully
e. the personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation
f. the personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services;
4. right to restriction of processing:
a. if the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data,
b. if the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead
c. if the data subject needs the personal data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, although the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing,

d. the data subject objects to the processing by virtue of the right to object;
5. the right to receive notification in connection with the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of processing
6. the right to data portability, i.e. to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller, where
a. the processing is based on consent given by the data subject for one or more specific purposes or on a contract concluded with the data subject; and 
b. the processing is carried out by automated means;
7. the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you feel that your rights have been infringed.

 

To exercise the aforementioned rights, you can contact the data controller by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by e-mail to the aforementioned addresses. 
You will receive a written reply within 30 days (unless you expressly request a verbal reply), including by electronic means.

 

 

Underage visitors (18 years)

The website governed by this privacy policy is not intended for use by minors. We are aware of the need to protect data relating to minors, especially in the online environment. We therefore do not collect or store any data relating to minors, unless this is done involuntarily.

 

Newsletter & email marketing:

Should visitors to the website wish to receive our newsletter, they must enter their personal data in the relevant form in the “Subscribe to newsletter” section. The data collected will be used to send the newsletter in accordance with the information provided in the footer of the form.
